Refund Policy
The short version: no refunds once a payment confirms. The plan runs the full term you paid for (1, 3 or 12 months). Here is why, and the one case where we make an exception.
Why no refunds
Payments are crypto: BTC, LTC or USDT (TRC20). A confirmed transaction is final on the network. We cannot reverse it, and we do not hold funds in escrow. Treat a payment the way you would treat cash handed over a counter.
Before you pay, the billing page shows exactly what you get: the plan, the term, the subdomain limit, the storage, the custom domain allowance. There is no trial, no auto-renewal, and no surprise charge. You pay once, you get the term you picked, and the plan stops when that term ends. Nothing is taken from you that you did not send.
What a payment buys
- The full term you picked (1, 3 or 12 months) from the moment the payment confirms on the network.
- Your subdomains stay online for the full period, even if you do not use them.
- Renewing before the term ends is allowed and stacks the new term on top of your remaining days.
- If the plan lapses, your files stay on the platform and renewing brings everything back.
When we make an exception
If the service fails in a way that is our fault and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, credit or extend your plan. We decide these case by case. A wrong payment amount, a duplicate payment, or a payment sent to the wrong address are handled individually; message us and we will look.
How to ask
Refund and credit requests go through the Telegram channel on the contact page. Include your username, the transaction hash, and what happened. We answer within a few days.
