Questions, answered properly

No marketing hedging: if something is not supported, it says so here.

Getting started
What is Crenel, in one sentence?
Hosting for pages that should only open for the people you send them to: upload a site, put it on a real domain, and every visitor passes a short human check before seeing the content.
Do I need a server, Docker or any config?
No. You create a subdomain, upload a zip, and the platform serves it behind the check. If you can upload a zip file you can launch a protected site.
Do I need an invite code?
Yes. Accounts are opened with a referral code so the platform stays small enough to run properly. Members can hand out codes, and the Telegram channel is where you ask for one.
Your site
What can I host?
Static sites (HTML, CSS, JS, images) and PHP sites. One subdomain can hold several folder-sites served at /name, each with its own upload, so a single plan can cover a few small projects.
Can I use my own domain?
On Pro and Agency plans. You point a CNAME at your platform subdomain, and once it resolves we prove ownership automatically and issue HTTPS for it. Your visitors see your brand, not a platform URL.
How do I publish changes?
Upload a zip and it replaces the site in place. The file editor keeps version history per file, so you can roll a bad edit back without re-uploading everything.
Do my visitors have to solve the check on every subdomain?
No. The token is bound to your account rather than to one host, so a visitor who passes on one of your subdomains is already through on the others on the same base domain.
Protection and privacy
What do my visitors actually see?
A short connection check: a spinner, then a checkbox, then your page. A real person is through in a few seconds. Automation is scored on eight signals and never reaches the content.
Will my pages show up in Google?
No, and that is the point. Crawlers are served the challenge, not your content, so drafts, client previews and invitation pages do not leak into search results or get captured by AI crawlers. If you need a page indexed, this is not the right product for it.
Does it stop scrapers and AI crawlers too?
Yes. The same gate that stops headless browsers also stops bulk crawlers, so content you did not publish publicly stays off the open web.
Do you sell kits, mailers or account access?
No. Crenel is hosting. Selling phishing kits, mailers, stolen access or anything designed to defraud is refused and the acceptable use policy is enforced. Projects that need that are not accepted.
What data do you keep about visitors?
Aggregate request counts per host and per day, and IP addresses only where they are needed for rate limiting and abuse handling. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Billing
How do I pay?
In crypto: BTC, LTC or USDT on TRC20. The plan activates automatically when the payment confirms on the network, usually within minutes.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your plan runs for the full term you paid for. When it lapses your subdomains go offline until you renew, and renewing early adds days on top instead of resetting them. Your files are not deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms are short and specific, see the refund policy. Credit for unused time is handled the same way.
Support
How do I reach a human?
The Telegram channel is the support surface, and the dashboard has an assistant that can answer account questions and escalate to a person when it cannot. There is no ticket system to wait in.
Do you publish uptime or backups?
Every host is monitored, and the platform keeps encrypted off-site backups of customer files and data. If a host goes down the dashboard shows it, and a support escalation reaches a human rather than a queue.
Still unsure?

Ask in the Telegram channel before you pay anything. Somebody who actually runs the platform answers there.
